Ownby Research & Consulting - Company Overview

Formed in 1998, Ownby Research & Consulting is a highly efficient real estate appraisal and consulting firm owned by Bruce Ownby.   Ownby Research & Consulting offers appraisal, feasibility and location analysis studies for a variety of clients in the South Florida Market.  Mr. Ownby is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (RZ988) and holds the ASA, designation from the American Society of Appraisers.

In addition to Mr. Ownby's formal appraisal training, he has been a member Broward County advisory boards that dealt with a broad spectrum of environmental issues and regulations. Through his public service, Mr. Ownby has gained valuable knowledge of local, state and federal environmental regulations.  This experience coupled with Mr. Ownby's appraisal experience have given him unique insights into the issues that effect the value of environmentally sensitive sites.  In addition to environmentally sensitive sites, Mr. Ownby has valued numerous other property types in his career.
